1. What we collect
When you sign up for the free eBook, newsletter or a waitlist, we collect your email address and (optionally) your first name, along with which page you signed up on. We also collect basic, anonymous usage data to understand which pages are useful.
2. How we use it
We use your email to send you what you asked for: the eBook, the weekly lesson, or updates on a product you joined a waitlist for. We may occasionally email you about other RaiseFluent resources. Every email includes a one-click unsubscribe.
3. What we never do
We never sell your email address or personal information. We do not share it with third parties except the email service providers we use to deliver our emails (such as our newsletter platform), who process it only on our instructions.
4. Data retention
We keep subscriber information until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. You can request deletion at any time by emailing support@raisefluent.com, and we will remove your data from our systems.
5. Cookies and analytics
We use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand how the site is used. These analytics cookies load only after you accept them in the cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time with the "Cookie settings" link in the footer. We do not use advertising cookies, and we never send email addresses or names to analytics tools.
