1. What this is
RaiseFluent provides educational content, tools and resources about startup fundraising at raisefluent.com. By using the site or purchasing a product, you agree to these terms.
2. Educational content only
All content, including the Fund or Fold eBook, calculators, Kit and any paid products, is provided for educational purposes only. It is not legal, tax, accounting or investment advice, and no advisor relationship is created by using it.
3. Your account and purchases
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide. Digital products are licensed for your personal use as a founder; you may not resell or redistribute them. The Kit is not open for checkout yet, so joining the waitlist does not collect any payment. When checkout opens, the first 100 founders on the waitlist get early access at the early-bird price, and prices are locked at the rate in effect when you pay. The Strategy Review and Fluent Circle are not open for purchase yet; joining a waitlist is free and collects no payment.
4. Refunds
Because the Kit is a digital download, all sales are final. If you have questions before buying, email support@raisefluent.com. Subscriptions, once available, can be cancelled anytime and stop at the end of the current billing period.
5. No guarantees
We do not guarantee that using our content or tools will result in successfully raising capital. Outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including your business, market conditions and investor decisions.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RaiseFluent is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
7. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be noted on this page with an updated date.
